What awaits you at Mynaric

Hand solder fine pitch SMT Components (up to 001) and rework PCB´s according IPC/MIL Standards·
Ability to rework components under a microscope using a hand soldering iron and other relevant tools
Work in close cooperation with engineering department to enable rapid prototyping and production
Daily maintenance of required soldering equipment
Discuss technical problems encountered while performing work with supervisor

What you bring with you

2-3 Years experience in a production with high standards (Aero/space or automotive)
Knowledge and understanding of THT components and processes how to work on them
Must be able to read and understand BOM and schematics
Experience producing J-STD-001, IPC-A-610 or equivalent hardware
Ability to adapt and process change quickly
Good computer skills (email, Microsoft Windows)
Experience working in an ISO regulated environment
Good English (written and verbal) and teamwork skills

Nice to Haves:

Electronic background would be a nice to have (otherwise dental technician)
Basic knowledge and understanding about ESD
IPC 610/7711 Certified
