Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte in die SMT-Linie durch Ausführung von von Ingenieuren bereitgestellten Arbeitsanweisungen.
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von anfänglichen Prozessprogrammen, einschließlich Reflow-, Bestückungs- und Inspektionsprozessen.
Programmierung, Beladung und Bedienung automatisierter Geräte.
Triage von nicht konformen Produkten und Prozessproblemen und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering zur Lösung und zur Umsetzung präventiver Maßnahmen.
Lösung von Produktionsproblemen unter Gewährleistung der Designintegrität, Produktqualität und Einhaltung von Lieferterminen.
Ermöglichung des erfolgreichen Übergangs der Produktentwicklung von der Ingenieursabteilung zur Produktion.
Identifizierung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten für Ihren Bereich und Ihre Produkte.
Unterstützung bei zugewiesenen Wartungsaktivitäten an Maschinen und Rückverfolgbarkeit.

What you bring with you

2-3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Produktion mit hohen Standards (Luft- und Raumfahrt oder Automobilindustrie)
Erfahrung mit Maschinen, einschließlich SMT-Linie, mechanische und Testausrüstung, etc.
Fähigkeit, hochwertige Hardware in einem schnelllebigen NPI-Umfeld zu liefern
Fähigkeit, sich schnell anzupassen und Veränderungen zu bewältigen
Computerkenntnisse (E-Mail, Microsoft Windows)
Gute Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich) sowie Teamfähigkeit

Wünschenswert::

Experience programming, loading and operating the following automated equipment: paste printer, solder paste inspection (SPI), pick and place, reflow oven, automated optical inspection (AOI)
Experience producing J-STD-001, IPC-A-610 or equivalent hardware
electronic background would be a nice to have (otherwise dental technician or machine operators)
basic knowledge and understanding about ESD
Experience with hand soldering a fine pitch (best case IPC 610 Certified)

Zusätzliche Anforderungen:

Extended hours and weekend work may be required to support critical project and mission milestones
Standing for long periods of time, climbing up and down ladders, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this position
Able to lift up to 25lbs.

What awaits you at Mynaric

Support in the introduction of new products to the SMT line, by executing engineering provided work instructions
Assist with developing initial process programs including reflow, pick and place and inspection processes
Program, load, and operate automated equipment
Triage non-conforming product and process issues and work with engineering to drive resolution and preventative actions
Resolve production issues while ensuring design integrity, product quality, and delivery timelines
Enable the successful transition of a product’s development from engineering to production
Identify continuous improvement opportunities for your area and products
Support assigned maintenance activities on machines and traceability

What you bring with you

2-3 Years experience in a production with high standards (Aero/space or automotive)
Experience with machines including SMT Line, Mechanical, Test Equipment, etc.
Ability to deliver high quality hardware in a fast paced NPI environment
Ability to adapt and process change quickly
Computer skills (email, Microsoft Windows)
Good English Skills (written and verbal) and teamwork skills

Nice to Haves:
