As an intern / working student in the HR Department in Mynaric, you will have an amazing opportunity to be exposed to all HR Disciplines, whilst accelerating your growth in the HR domain!

To help you gain exposure and jump-start your HR career, you will:

Support our HR team in all aspects of HR: Recruiting, Onboarding, Administration, Development, Reward, Engagement
Support our employees as one of the first-line HR Support - answering various HR-related questions and providing administrative support
Actively participate in onboarding and offboarding process, as well as in the creation of relevant documents (references, contracts, etc.)

What you bring with you

You are an enrolled student majoring in human resources, business administration, psychology or comparable
Ideally, you already have some practical experience in the field of HR
You are confident in using the current MS Office tools
You are characterized by your ability to work independently and your high level of motivation
You have strong communication skills
You have a very good command of German and English
You are able to work from our offices in Freiham
You are looking for an internship between 3-6 months - part-time or full-time
