What awaits you at Mynaric
- As our Recruiter, your main goal is to identify, assess, and bring top talent to Mynaric.
- You own the end-to-end recruiting process of the engineering roles in order to find the best and most motivated talents, including:
- Design recruitment strategies
- Pro-actively source qualified candidates
- Screen and utilise structured based interviewing techniques
- Ensure a fantastic candidate experience
- You have a deep understanding of the required roles and source the best candidates using a variety of channels
- You build and manage talent networks by creating talent pipelines for future and existing hiring needs using all available talent sources as well as researching, testing, and evaluating new tools on a regular basis
- Planning and implementation of innovative recruiting activities, in particular in-house events, university workshops and job fairs
- You work closely with our HR Team as well as hiring managers and other key stakeholders on strategic initiatives e.g. employer branding, recruitment & networking events, sourcing strategies, etc.
What you bring with you
- You have experience in a technical talent role with heavy sourcing expectations, ideally at a product focused company or agency
- You bring substantial knowledge and experience within the field of innovative recruiting and employer branding
- Experience in engineering hiring including sourcing expertise
- You have a feel for current trends, bring a digital mindset and inspire us with your creative, innovative approaches
- On the one hand, you are able to think analytically and conceptually, and on the other hand, you are strong in the implementation of your plans.
- You are a natural networker, collaborate efficiently and you build a trustful relationship with your candidate network, using your talent to engage with candidates
- You are business-fluent in English, German skills are a plus
