What awaits you at Mynaric

The opportunity to define a configuration management strategy that builds on top of our existing tool landscape.
You develop and monitor the configuration management process (compliant to ISO 10007), which documents the changes in the state of development in a traceable way throughout the product life cycle.
You ensure that the structure of the different repositories is setup and maintained.
You will assist in management, maintenance and automating of configuration management tools.
You are responsible for ensuring that the rules of the defined configuration management strategy are followed by all project team members by ensuring a tool and process landscape that can’t be circumvented and, if that is not possible, by performing configuration management and baseline audits.
Planning and Development of new process-related methods, procedures and configuration-securing measures with the relevant documentation (e.g. impact analyses, fault reporting, monitoring of critical parts, change management) in the field of configuration management and their integration with related areas such as quality assurance, IT management and operational mission areas.
Support of project management to ensure that configuration specifications are met on time and identification of configuration differences.
Support of the product compliance with the relevant documents and tools.
Control and track the configuration of the built and to be built systems

What you bring with you

You have completed university with a minimum of B.S. in a technical field (aerospace engineering, software engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering…)
You have relevant experience in the aerospace industry or similar industries.
You are an expert in configuration management and therefore are confident in the establishment, improvement and use of a relevant configuration management concept in a fast moving and efficient company with cutting edge tools.
You have a passion for efficient, error-free, and structured information management and its implementation using modern IT tools.
You have a very solid knowledge of technical change management.
You are a communicative team player with intercultural project experience.
You are fluent in English.

Deine Aufgabe ist es, die Konfigurationsmanagementstrategie zu definieren, welche auf unsere bestehende Infrastruktur aufbauen soll.
Du entwickelst und überwachst die Konfigurationsmanagementprozesse (nach ISO 10007), die die Rückverfolgbarkeit durch den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus sicherstellen.
Du stellst sicher, dass die Struktur der verschiedenen Repositories aufgesetzt und gepflegt wird.
Du bist verantwortlich, dass das Projektteam den von Dir definierten Prozessen folgt, unter zu Hilfenahme von Konfigurationsmanagement- und Baselineaudits.
Planung und Entwicklung von prozessbezogenen Methoden und Verfahren zur Sicherstellung der Konfiguration mit dazugehöriger Dokumentation (z.B. Auswirkungsanalysen, Fehleranalysen, Überwachen kritischer Komponenten, Änderungswesen) und Integration in angrenzende Bereiche wie Qualitätssicherung, IT und operative Schnittstellen sind Teil deiner Aufgabe.
Du unterstützt das Projektmanagement, um sicherzustellen, dass die Anforderungen an die Konfigurationsspezifikation erfüllt und die Konfigurationsunterschiede identifiziert werden.
Du stellst die Produktkonformität durch adäquate Dokumentation und Rückverfolgbarkeit der Bauzustände sicher.
Du bewertest und kategorisierst Änderungsanforderungen auf Systemebene.
Du stellst die Steuerung und Rückverfolgung der gebauten und noch zu bauenden Systeme sicher.

What you bring with you

Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium einer technischen Fachrichtung (Luft- und Raumfahrt, Softwaretechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen,...).
Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Luft-/ Raumfahrtindustrie oder vergleichbaren Branchen.
Du bringst Erfahrung im Aufbau eines Konfigurationsmanagementsystems mit.
Expertise auf dem Gebiet der Etablierung, Verbesserung und Anwendung des Konfigurationsmanagementkonzpts in einem agilen und effizienten Unternehmen mit innovativer Technologie zeichnet dich aus.
Deine Leidenschaft ist effizientes, fehlerfreies und strukturiertes Informationsmanagemen und dessen Umsetzungen mit modernen IT Tools.
Solide Kenntnisse im Bereich technisches Änderungsmanagement bringst du mit.
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eigenverantwortliches Handeln sind dir ebenso wichtig wie interkulturelle Projekterfahrung.
Du verfügst über hervorragende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
