Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Einkaufsleiter, der ein Team von direkten Einkäufern für drei wichtige Produktbereiche leitet: Elektrotechnik, Elektronik und Elektromechanik (EEE), Mechanik, Optik und Photonik. Diese Position is essenziell, um unsere Beschaffungsstrategien zu optimieren, eine kosteneffiziente Beschaffung sicherzustellen und starke Lieferantenbeziehungen zu pflegen. Der Einkaufsleiter arbeitet eng mit dem Logistikleiter sowie dem Produktionsplanungsleiter zusammen, um die Einkaufsaktivitäten auf die operativen Ziele abzustimmen. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

Teamleitung: Leitung und Betreuung eines Teams von direkten und indirekten Einkäufern, Beratung und Unterstützung bei ihren Beschaffungsaktivitäten, um die Leistung und das berufliche Wachstum zu fördern. Produktgruppenmanagement: Überwachung der Beschaffungs- und Einkaufsaktivitäten für EEE-, mechanische sowie optische und photonische Materialien, um die Übereinstimmung mit den Strategien und Zielen des Unternehmens sicherzustellen.
Strategische Beschaffung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Beschaffungsstrategien zur Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse, zur Kostensenkung und zur Sicherstellung pünktlicher Lieferungen der Materialien. Lieferantenbeziehungsmanagement: Aufbau und Pflege enger Beziehungen zu wichtigen Lieferanten, Verhandlung und Vereinbarungen von Verträgen, die den Wert steigern und Risiken minimieren. Zusammenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Logistikleiter sowie dem Produktionsplanungsleiter, um eine nahtlose Integration der Einkaufsaktivitäten in die Lieferkettenabläufe sicherzustellen.
Leistungskennzahlen: Definition, Überwachung und Berichterstattung von Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) im Zusammenhang mit Einkaufsaktivitäten, um eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Effizienz und Effektivität der Beschaffung sicherzustellen.
Marktanalyse: Regelmäßige Marktbewertungen durchführen, um über Trends, Preise und Lieferantenkapazitäten auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben, und dem Leiter des Lieferkettenmanagements strategische Empfehlungen geben.
Compliance und Risikomanagement: Die Einhaltung interner Richtlinien und externer Vorschriften sicherstellen und Risiken im Zusammenhang mit Beschaffungsaktivitäten minimieren.
Budgetverwaltung: Mit der Finanzabteilung zusammenarbeiten, um das Einkaufsbudget zu verwalten und zu optimieren und die Übereinstimmung mit den Gesamtzielen des Unternehmens sicherzustellen. Wöchentliche Prognosen für die Finanzabteilung erstellen.
Vertragsverhandlungen: Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten über Preise und Zahlungsbedingungen.

What you bring with you

Bachelor-Abschluss in Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich. Master-Abschluss ist ein Plus.
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Beschaffungs- oder Einkaufsmanagement, vorzugsweise in einem technischen oder luftfahrttechnischen Umfeld.
Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung mit der Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln.
Fundierte Kenntnisse der Rohstoffmärkte, Beschaffungsstrategien und Lieferantenverhandlungen. Ausgezeichnete analytische und problemlösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten mit Schwerpunkt auf datengestützter Entscheidungsfindung.
Effektive Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit Fokus auf abteilungsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit.
Kenntnisse in Beschaffungssoftware und ERP-Systemen.
Eine Zertifizierung im Supply Chain Management (z. B. CPSM, CSCP) ist wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
Bereitschaft zu bis zu 20 % Reisetätigkeit für Lieferantenbesuche, Audits und Eskalationen.
Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee a team of direct buyers across three key commodities: Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical (EEE), Mechanical, and Optics and Photonics. This role is essential for optimizing our procurement strategies, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. The Purchasing Manager will collaborate closely with the Logistics and Warehouse Manager and the Production Planning Manager to align purchasing activities with operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of direct and indirect buyers, providing guidance and support in their procurement activities to drive performance and professional growth.
Commodity Management: Oversee sourcing and purchasing activities for EEE, Mechanical, and Optics and Photonics commodities, ensuring alignment with company strategies and objectives.
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements that enhance value and minimize risk.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Logistics and Warehouse Manager and Production Planning Manager to ensure seamless integration of purchasing activities with supply chain operations.
Performance Metrics: Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to purchasing activities, ensuring continuous improvement in procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
Market Analysis: Conduct regular market assessments to stay informed on trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities, providing strategic recommendations to the Director of Supply Chain Management.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, mitigating risks associated with procurement activities.
Budget Management: Collaborate with finance to manage and optimize the purchasing budget, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

What you bring with you

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing management, preferably in a technical or aerospace environment.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Strong knowledge of commodity markets, sourcing strategies, and supplier negotiation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for supplier visits, audits and escalations.
