What awaits you at Mynaric

Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as 5 Axis milling and 3+2 Axis milling etc.
Ability to interpret complex CAD drawings and have Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) experience.
Proven basic understanding/knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens/Haidenhain controls and G code CNC programming for 5 axis
Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines, prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts
Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality

What you bring with you

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CNC Milling machining with technical discipline or apprenticeship
Experience with work holding, jigs and fixturing of complex machine components using 5 axis CNC equipment.
Formal CNC machining certification education preferred along with CAM knowledge.
Proven ability to accurately use a variety of measuring gauges (mics, calipers, comparator, bore gauges, thread gauges-I/D & O/D gauges, indicators, plug gauges, etc.)
Basic computer skills including MS Work and Excel, and have excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills
Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English. German language knowledge is a plus.

What awaits you at Mynaric

Bediene und richte CNC-Maschinen ein, um Aufgaben wie 5-Achs-Fräsen oder 3+2-Achs-Fräsen auszuführen.
Interpretiere komplexe CAD-Zeichnungen und bringe Erfahrung in Geometrischer Bemaßung und Tolerierung (GD&T) mit.
Verfüge über grundlegendes Verständnis und Kenntnisse von Fanuc-, Siemens- oder Heidenhain-Steuerungen sowie G-Code-CNC-Programmierung für 5 Achsen.
Bereite Rohmaterialien und Teile vor, lade sie in die Maschinen und führe einen Testlauf durch, um zu prüfen, ob die Maschine Ergebnisse gemäß den Vorgaben liefert.
Stelle die Maschinen so ein, dass sie vollständige Zyklen ausführen und große Stückzahlen fertigen können.
Überwache die Maschinen während der Bearbeitung und nimm bei Bedarf Anpassungen vor, um ein besseres Ergebnis zu erzielen.
Prüfe und messe die fertigen Teile und vergleiche sie mit den Anforderungen, um sicherzustellen, dass der Prozess ordnungsgemäß abgeschlossen ist.
Kontrolliere und warte die Maschinen täglich, um die volle Funktionsfähigkeit sicherzustellen.

What you bring with you

Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der CNC-Fräsbearbeitung, idealerweise mit technischer Ausbildung oder abgeschlossener Lehre
Erfahrung in Spanntechnik sowie im Einsatz von Vorrichtungen und Aufnahmen für komplexe Werkstücke auf 5-Achs-CNC-Maschinen
Abgeschlossene CNC-Zertifizierung und idealerweise Kenntnisse in CAM-Programmierung
Sicherer Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Messmitteln wie Mikrometern, Messschiebern, Profilprojektoren, Innen-/Außenmessgeräten, Gewindelehren, Messuhren und Passlehren
Grundlegende Computerkenntnisse (MS Word, Excel) sowie sehr gute Organisations- und Teamfähigkeiten
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten – sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich – in Englisch; Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus
