What awaits you at Mynaric

Execute serial production while ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.
Follow instructions from Lead Senior and Shopfloor Manager to maintain an eƯicient workflow.  Support new product introductions and assist with assigned maintenance activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a structured work environment using 5S standards.
Understand and follow work instructions, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Identify and report non-conformances (NC) in production processes using MES.
Use basic oƯice software (Microsoft OƯice, Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation, reporting, and communication.

What you bring with you

English language proficiency (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively within the team.
Ability to adapt to quick changes and work in a dynamic production environment.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and manufacturing processes.
Experience with mechanical/opto-mechanical systems or manual soldering (IPC-610).
Team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn, teach, and support others.

Führe die Serienproduktion durch und stelle dabei die Einhaltung technischer und qualitativer Standards sicher.
Folge den Anweisungen des Lead Seniors und des Shopfloor Managers, um einen effizienten Arbeitsablauf zu gewährleisten.
Unterstütze bei der Einführung neuer Produkte und übernehme zugewiesene Wartungsaufgaben.
Halte Sicherheitsvorschriften ein und sorge für ein strukturiertes Arbeitsumfeld gemäß 5S-Standards.
Verstehe und befolge Arbeitsanweisungen und bringe Verbesserungsvorschläge zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung ein.
Erkenne und melde Abweichungen (Non-Conformances, NC) in Produktionsprozessen über das MES-System.
Nutze grundlegende Office-Software (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook) für Dokumentation, Berichterstattung und Kommunikation.

What you bring with you

Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um eine effektive Kommunikation im Team zu gewährleisten.
Fähigkeit, sich schnell auf Veränderungen einzustellen und in einem dynamischen Produktionsumfeld zu arbeiten.
Gutes Verständnis von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Fertigungsprozessen.
Erfahrung mit mechanischen/opto-mechanischen Systemen oder manuellem Löten (nach IPC-610).
Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Bereitschaft zu lernen, Wissen zu vermitteln und andere zu unterstützen.
