Als Teil unseres Technical Staff Teams sind Sie verantwortlich für das Löten und Bestücken von elektronischen Bauteilen (SMD/THT) auf Leiterplatten und die Herstellung von Kabelbäumen, hauptsächlich zum Zweck des Prototyping und Testens.
Die Durchführung von Änderungen an Leiterplatten und Kabelbäumen gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben.
Das Montieren, Demontieren und Unterstützen von Messungen zur Fehlersuche an elektronischer Hardware gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
Sie führen elektrische Messungen an fertigen Geräten und an einzelnen Leiterplatten durch, um Ingenieure bei der Inbetriebnahme und Fehlersuche zu unterstützen.
Sie arbeiten mit der Produktion und der Testtechnik zusammen, um Testverfahren zu erstellen und Testaufgaben zu übergeben.
Gemeinsam mit dem Team übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Ausstattung des Lötraums, die Werkzeuge und den Aufbau eines gemeinsamen Bestandes an elektronischen Bauteilen.
Sie geben unserem Elektronikteam Feedback zu ihren Entwürfen und unterstützen die Bauteilrecherche für neue PCB-Designs.

What you bring with you

Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung als Elektroniker oder Mechatroniker. Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Elektronikprüfung ist von Vorteil.
Idealerweise haben Sie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Montage und Reparatur von Elektronik.
Sie verfügen über gute Lötkenntnisse für elektronische Leiterplattenbauteile vom Typ THT und SMD bis zur Größe 0402, Chips (FPGA, BGA etc.), Steckverbinder und Kabelbäume.
Sie verfügen über ein gutes technisches Verständnis von Elektronik, elektrischen Schaltungen, Steckverbindern, Kabeln und Spezifikationen elektrischer Komponenten.
Sie sind in der Lage, gängige Laborgeräte (Oszilloskope, Netzteile, Signalgeneratoren) zu bedienen.
Idealerweise verstehen Sie die Methodik des Leiterplattenentwurfs und können vorhandene Entwürfe mit Hilfe von Schaltplan- und PCB-Dateien (Gerber) auf Fehler untersuchen.
Sie sind kreativ, proaktiv und können selbständig optimale Lösungen für komplexe elektronische Probleme finden.
Sie sind ein Teamplayer und bereit, konstruktiv zu diskutieren, zu debattieren und bewährte Verfahren, Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse weiterzugeben.
Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung mit dem Ersa Hybrid Rework 550, dem Reflow-Ofen und dem TPT HB16 Wire Bonder.
Es ist von Vorteil, wenn Sie Erfahrung mit IPC-610 und IPC-620, ESA/ECSS, JADEC oder J-STD001 haben
Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache (in Wort und Schrift)

What awaits you at Mynaric

As part of our Technical Staff Team, you are responsible for the soldering and assembly of electronic parts (SMD/THT) on PCBs and manufacturing of harnesses, mainly for the purpose of prototyping and testing.
The implementation of modifications on PCB´s and cable harnesses is one of your tasks.
Assembling, disassembling and supporting include measurements for troubleshooting on electronic hardware is a part of your job.
You perform electrical measurements on finished units and on single PCBs to support engineers on bring-up and debug activities.
You interface with production and test engineering to create test procedures and handover testing tasks.
Together with the team, you take responsibility for the soldering room capability, tools and creation of common electronic component stocks.
You give our electronics team feedback on their designs and support the component research for new PCB designs.

What you bring with you

You are a trained electronic technician or mechatronic. Work experience in the field of electronics testing is a plus.
Ideally you have several years of experience in assembling and repairing electronics.
You have good soldering skills for PCB electronic components of the THT and SMD type down to size 0402, chips (FPGA, BGA etc.), connectors, and wire harnesses.
You have a good technical understanding of electronics, electrical circuits, connectors, wires, and electrical component specifications.
You are competent in operating common lab instruments (oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators).
Ideally, you understand PCB design methodology and can troubleshoot existing designs by using schematic and PCB (Gerber) files.
You are creative, proactive, and can independently find optimum solutions to complex electronic problems.
You are a team player, willing to constructively discuss, debate and share best practices, experiences and lessons learned.
Ideally you have experience with Ersa Hybrid Rework 550, Reflow Oven and TPT HB16 Wire Bonder
It is an advantage if you have experience with IPC-610 and IPC-620, ESA/ECSS, JADEC or J-STD001
Good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
