What awaits you at Mynaric

You will be responsible for creating Manual (XRAY for Jira) and automated Component, system and integration tests
Your expertise will be required in creating unit tests for existing and new software modules.
You will create Validation test plans against Product and system requirements.
Execution of automated and manual tests using XRAY for Jira and the integrated frameworks will be part of your job.
Your responsibility will include the analysis and reporting of defects in close collaboration with your Software development team.
You will drive the creation of new CI pipelines for Gitlab and will consistently improve the existing CI pipelines for Gitlab
You will support process improvement and tooling in context of test-automation and traceability.

What you bring with you

Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Communications/Electronic Engineering or similar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the filed of testing for Embedded C/C++ Software.
Hands-on Test experience for most of these interfaces (CAN, Ethernet, UART, GPIOs) is a must.
Extensive experience with Python, C/C++ and shell scripting.
Profound experience with creating, running and maintaining test automation for an Embedded system including Hardware in the loop test automation.
Excellent knowledge in test processes, test techniques & reporting.
Familiarity with agile software development, configuration and testing tools such as Jira, XRay for Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, Gitlab CI.
Experience with Linux system and container development (Docker) would be a plus.
Automation of software deployments using (Gitlab CI or similar) would be an advantage.
Development/Creation of 3rd party Hardware Mock-ups would be a plus.
Good written and spoken English and / or German communication skills.
