Sie werden Teil eines großartigen Teams sein, das die Qualitätsanforderungen und -verfahren für Lieferanten innovativ gestaltet und verbessert, um erstklassige Ergebnisse zu erzielen
Sie unterstützen verschiedene Gruppen wie Produktentwicklung, Produktion und externe Lieferanten, um sicherzustellen, dass sie die zuverlässigsten, leistungsfähigsten und kostengünstigsten Terminals der Welt liefern. 
Sie führen Lieferantenentwicklungsprozesse, Prozessqualifizierung, Risikomanagement und Lessons Learned durch und arbeiten mit den Lieferanten an Prozessverbesserungen.
Sie führen Non-Conformity Management und Root Cause & Corrective Actions unter Anwendung der Qualitätsmethodik der Priorisierung durch
Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Supply Chain Management Team zusammen, um Qualität, Sicherheit, Termintreue und Kosten zu gewährleisten
Sie leiten, beaufsichtigen und unterstützen die Lieferanten in Bezug auf Qualitätswerkzeuge und Lean-Methodik

What you bring with you

Ein Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Maschinenbau, Produktion, Elektrotechnik oder ähnlichem 
Erfahrung in einem Unternehmen der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie ist von Vorteil
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
IT-Kenntnisse und Programmierkenntnisse sind wünschenswert, um Daten zu sammeln und Online-KPIs zu erstellen
Umfassende Erfahrung in einer multidisziplinären Projektumgebung
Fähigkeit, eine multidisziplinäre Gruppe zu koordinieren, um die Untersuchung von Lieferantenkorrekturmaßnahmen, die Qualifizierung von Lieferanten und Verbesserungsinitiativen durchzuführen
Umfassende Erfahrung in der Teilnahme an Durchführung sowie Leitung von Qualitätsinitiativen
Führerschein Klasse B

What awaits you at Mynaric

You will be part of the team which owns the main technical quality expertise to support Operations, challenging the different groups such as product development, production and external suppliers to ensure they deliver the world’s most reliable, best performing, and cost-effective terminals 
You will conduct Supplier’s development process, Process Qualification, Risk Management, Lessons Learned and work together with Suppliers for process improvements
You will conduct Non Conformity Management and Root cause & Corrective actions using Quality methodology of prioritization
You will be participating closely with the Supply Chain Management team to assure Quality, Safety, On Time Delivery and Cost
You guide, supervise, and support the Suppliers regarding Quality tools and lean methodology
You will be part of an amazing team to innovate, create and improve Supplier quality requirements and procedures to achieve quality world class results

What you bring with you

A Bachelor degree or Master in Mechanical, Production, Electrical Engineering, or similar 
Experience in an Aerospace company is preferable
Strong German and English skills both written and spoken
IT knowledge and Programming skills are desirable to be able to collect data and create on-line KPIs
Extensive experience in a multi-disciplinary project environment in a disruptive product
Capability to coordinate a multidisciplinary group to achieve Supplier Corrective Actions investigation, Suppliers qualification and improvement initiatives
Extensive experience in participating in / conducting / leading quality initiatives
Driving licence class B
